- Please note that the Free Ergonomic Baby Carrier is exclusively available to pregnant mothers who are at or before 36 weeks of pregnancy at the time of sign-up. If your expected due date (EDD) falls beyond 36 weeks, you are only eligible to receive the BaaBaaSheepz pillow.
- The information you provide in this Registration Form is to enable Mummy’s Market and their related sponsor parties to contact you for possible future marketing-related activities.
- By the provision of your contact particulars in this form, you consent to be contacted by such means, including by: (a) phone call and text messages at the phone number provided; and (b) email, if your email address has been furnished, for the purposes identified in this form.
- In particular, please note that your contact details will be disclosed to AIA Singapore Private Limited (Reg No: 201106386R) and its insurance representatives including those under INZY Group, for an AIA Financial Services Consultant to conduct a sit down financial planning session of 30 minutes with you, after which you may redeem the applicable gift. You should not register for this campaign promotion/offer/giveaway if you do not consent to the foregoing.
- Applicants of the giveaway must be working or residing in Singapore with the minimum age of 21 years old.
- Redemption of gift is subject to availability - while stocks last. Redeemed gift is strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- Redemption of gift is limited to ONE per family/household, regardless of the number of family members.
- Multiple registrations, incomplete registrations or inaccurate information will not be qualified for entry.
- Photos may be taken upon gift collection and may be featured on printed advertising materials and/or media channels including but not limited to social media sites.
