Product Info

Although this may seem difficult to believe, it is a fact that your newborn’s sense of smell is more acute at birth than at any other time in his or her life. This is an example of “inborn” reflex, a basic survival skill. Babies use their sense of smell to “root-out” food, particularly milk from their mother’s breast.

At birth a newborn can only taste 3 of the 4 major taste categories (sweet, sour and bitter). Before 4 months, babies don’t show much reaction to the forth category - salt; however, after 4 months, babies have developed the nerve cells needed to detect salt in liquids. You will notice that a baby typically shows a preference for sweet liquids and sweet tasting foods. It is interesting to note that babies actually need natural occurring sugars in their diets. Natural sugars are extremely important for proper brain growth and development in a young child until about 2 years of age.

You should always follow your paediatrician’s recommendations for feeding your baby. Good and proper nutrition is vital for healthy brain development.

Mummys Market reserves the right to revise, suspend or terminate any deal without prior notice. In the event that a purchase has already been made, Mummys Market shall provide a full refund to the customer of the affected deal.

Should the item not be collected between 04th - 06th July 2025 at the Mummys Market Fair, the full retail price will be charged for collections.

STRICTLY No Refunds, Exchanges or Cancellations allowed.

Voucher printout or softcopy must be presented upon redemption.

In the event of any occurrence not foreseen under this Fine Print section, the decision of Mummys Market shall be final.

Step 2 - By purchasing your item and providing your name, email address, phone number and date of redemption at the payment page, you have already ordered your item(s).
*Items must be collected at the Mummys Market Expo Baby Fair. Should the items not be collected during the fair, the full retail price will be charged. No Refund, Exchanges and Cancellations are allowed.

Step 3 - Print out your voucher via your email and redeem your item from the indicated booth No. at Mummys Market Expo Fair, 04th - 06th July 2025, Singapore Expo Hall 5. (Mummys Market Floorplan will be avaialble for you nearer to the event date)

Your Online orders will be delivered upon 7 - 14working days upon successful payment, unless stated otherwise. Please note that if you have ordered from multiple Vendors, your items will be packed and delivered separately. *Items purchased during the Mummys Market Fair Preorders, Starbuys, and Early Bird Promotions are excluded. You may opt to arrange delivery separately with the exhibitor at the booth.
