Backed by the knowledge and experience passed down from previous generations,as well as TCM theories from Singapore College of Traditional Chinese Medicine, the formulation of our Red Dates Tea has been part of our customers' confinement journey for decades.
Each packet of the Red Dates tea consists of red dates, black dates, dang sheng, bei qi, wolfberries and dried logan.
To prepare the red dates tea, simply empty the contents into a pot and add 1.5L of water. It would be ready for consumption after boiling for 30 minutes.The amount of tea would be sufficient to last the entire day as long as they are kept in a hot water flask. Mummies may continue to consume other warm beverages and water to stay hydrated throughout the day.
