Terms & Conditions

1. Campaign Overview

1.1 This campaign is organized by Mummys Market Pte Ltd (“Mummys Market”) and is open to the public. Eligible participants will receive a complimentary gift bundle known as the Little Joys Bundle (“Gift”) only after completing a sit-down financial review session with an advisor from Income Insurance Limited (“Income Insurance”).

1.2 This campaign is valid until 30 November 2025 or while stocks last.

2. Eligibility Criteria

2.1 To qualify for the Gift, participants must:

2.1.1 Be Singapore Citizens or Singapore Permanent Residents.

2.1.2 Be parents aged 25 to 49 years old, and either have children below 6 years old or be currently pregnant.

2.1.3 Completes a sit-down financial review session with Income Insurance advisor within 30 days of signing up.

2.2 Mummys Market and Income Insurance reserves the right to disqualify any participant who does not meet the eligibility criteria or provides false or misleading information.

3. Gift Redemption Conditions

3.1 The Gift will be provided only after the participant completes a sit-down financial review session with an Income Insurance advisor.

3.2 Gift redemption can take up to 8 weeks from the completion of the financial review session.

3.3 Notification of Gift eligibility will be made via the Income Insurance advisor. Gift may be physically handed to the participant by the advisor after the completion of the financial review session. If Gift is not available, Income Insurance Advisor will inform on the availability of the Gift within 8 weeks from the financial review session.

3.4 Each family household is entitled to one (1) Little Joys Bundle only.

3.5 Gift redemption is subject to availability and is offered while stocks last. Income Insurance reserves the right to replace the Gift with another gift of similar value (“Replacement Item”) at any time without prior notice.

3.6 Redeemed Gifts are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

3.7 Mummys Market and Income Insurance reserve the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the campaign and its Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

3.8 Mummys Market and Income Insurance shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the campaign or use of the gift.

4. Introducer Disclaimer

4.1 Mummys Market is an introducer of Income Insurance and carries out introducing activities for Income Insurance where Mummys Market will collect, use and share your personal data with Income Insurance for the purposes of Income Insurance sending you marketing and promotional messages and conducting a financial review with you. When carrying out introducing activities, Mummy’s Market cannot give advice or provide recommendations on any investment product to you, or arrange any contract of insurance, other than to the extent of carrying out the introducing activities. Mummys Market will be remunerated by Income Insurance for carrying out the introducing activities and will disclose the remuneration fee, if requested by you. Refer here for more information about Income Insurance. Besides Income Insurance, Mummys Market also carries out introducing activities for other Financial Institutions. Mummys Market will be remunerated by the other Financial Institutions for carrying out the introducing activities and will disclose the remuneration fee, if requested by you.

5. Consent Statement

5.1 By signing up, you agree and consent to Mummys Market collecting and processing the contact details and personal data you have provided in accordance with the Mummys Market Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy that apply to Mummys Market campaigns for the purposes of marketing and/or research, and you agree to be contacted for any products and/or services updates, news, promotions, information via calls, SMS and/or emails, and disclosing the same to Income Insurance, for the following purposes:

5.2 Income Insurance collecting, using and disclosing the personal data you have provided for its representatives, agents, employees, and contractors (collectively “Income Insurance Parties”) to contact you (even if your telephone number is registered on the PDPC’s national Do Not Call Registry), via phone calls, phone messages* and emails for purposes in relation to a financial planning review carried out by Income Insurance Parties (“Review”) and to provide you with information on products and services offered by Income Insurance and its business partners (“Marketing Messages”).

*Phone messages include text, picture, video and audio messages that are sent to your telephone number via SMS, MMS or messaging apps such as WhatsApp, Telegram or WeChat.

5.3 Income Insurance disclosing and providing Mummys Market with information in relation to the status of the Review conducted between you and any of the Income Insurance Parties and whether a product(s) was purchased following such Review. You further agree for the information provided by Income Insurance to Mummys Market will be used for Mummys Market’s internal research and analysis purposes in accordance with Mummys Market’s Privacy Policy.

5.4 Your consent to receive Marketing Messages above is in addition to and does not vary or supersede any previous marketing consent which you may have provided to any of the Income Insurance Parties.

6. Withdrawal of Consent

6.1 To Income Insurance: All consent given to Income Insurance Parties in receiving Income Insurance’s Marketing Messages or for the Review will remain valid until Income Insurance is notified that the consent has been withdrawn. You may withdraw your consent given to Income Insurance Parties at any time by submitting your request at Customer Enquiry Form. Income Insurance will process your request within 10 days, and you will stop receiving Marketing Messages from Income Insurance Parties after 21 days only for the mode(s) of communications indicated in your request. You may refer to Income Insurance’s Privacy Policy (Privacy Policy) for more information, including access and correction to personal data and consent withdrawal.

6.2 To Mummys Market: For withdrawal of consent given to Mummys Market, please inform Mummys Market by submitting your request to Mummys Market at [email].

7. Declaration & Acknowledgement

7.1 By submitting the information above, I acknowledge that I have read and understood the Terms and Conditions of this campaign, including the Terms & Conditions for Freebies and the Privacy Policy.

7.2 I consent to the processing of my personal data by Mummys Market and Income Insurance for marketing purposes and to receive promotional materials.

7.3 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
