* VISUAL STIMULATION 0M+ - At first, Your baby’s vision is mainly limited to high contrast colors & recognition of their parents’ faces. This will improve, allowing baby to see more clearly. Provide visual stimulation using the cards in this kit to help your baby to focus and develop their eye muscles. Hold the images 20-30 cm away from your baby & change these from time to time. Place a mirror close to your baby. Gazing at themselves in a mirror will help to develop their ability to concentrate.
* TUMMY-TIME - practices essential skills such as lifting & turning the head & strengthening baby’s arms & shoulders in readiness for rolling over, crawling, sitting and walking. Start getting your baby on his tummy as early as day one. Use the tummy time pillow to provide support whilst your newborn’s muscles start to strengthen.
