Terms & Conditions
- Mothers may sign up for either (A) Pregnancy freebies or/and (B) Mummy with Child freebies. However, incomplete registrations or inaccurate information will render the entry ineligible.
- Multiple registrations for the freebies campaign are permissible only if a new freebie from a different entity has been introduced, and you did not register for this freebie from the particular entity at the time of signing up.
- I acknowledge that all freebies are applicable for one-time redemption only, unless stated otherwise.
- For mothers who have registered for (B) Mummy with Child freebies, only relevant freebies corresponding to their child's date of birth (D.O.B) can be redeemed.
- Mummys Market has the authority to substitute the freebie as deemed appropriate and can modify the relevant terms and conditions without any prior notice. Any decision made by Mummys Market is considered final.

- Please note that the New Life Plan is exclusively available to pregnant mothers who are at or before 36 weeks of pregnancy at the time of sign-up. If your expected due date (EDD) falls beyond 36 weeks, you are only eligible to receive the Lucky Baby Play Mat.
- The information you provide in this Registration Form is to enable Mummy’s Market and their related sponsor parties to contact you for possible future marketing-related activities.
- By the provision of your contact particulars in this form, you consent to be contacted by such means, including by: (a) phone call and text messages at the phone number provided; and (b) email, if your email address has been furnished, for the purposes identified in this form.

- Each mother can only register for 1 Set of TWO (2) Bundle of Wet Wipes and must satisfy the eligibility requirement at the point of registration.
- Duplicate registration, inaccurate, or incomplete registration will be voided and considered null.
- Registrants for the must be Singapore citizens, PR, expats working or residing in Singapore with a minimum age of 18.
- Your physical NRIC/Passport will NOT be retained.
- Giveaways hosted on Mummys Market will be governed by these standard Terms and Conditions, and accompanying Terms for Giveaway (collectively the “Terms”).
